Want this to be a living, dynamic nation? Then its Constitution must be a living document. As written it’s fine for the late 18th century; but that time is gone, man. If you don’t innovate, you stagnate; change or die.
You are wrong. That would be a Democracy. Recite the pledge of alegance one more time and listen to yourself pledge alegance to “the Republic”. Then look in a 18th or 19th century dictionary to learn the diferance betweein a Republic and a Democracy.
